Lower level was completely renovated 3 years ago, roof is 2 years old, seller said something is wrong with the ceiling (maybe a leaking pipe), outside stairs are not in good condition, seller can’t remember the last time the HVAC was replaced, upstairs unit has not been updated recently, but it is livable. Both units are vacant.
